Most of our products are factory seconds, purchased directly from manufacturers. These items may have cosmetic damage that varies between individual products. However, all factory second products sold at Factory Plus have been certified by the manufacturer’s technicians to be in 100% mechanical working order.

Factory seconds may fall into, but are not limited to, the following categories:

• Carton/Box Damaged: Items in perfect working order but with a damaged or marked box, or products missing their original packaging.
• Ex-Display: Items in perfect working order that were used for display purposes, with or without original packaging.
• Scratch & Dent: Items in perfect working order but with minor cosmetic blemishes, such as scratches or dents, typically caused during transportation.

These factors allow us to offer these products at reduced prices while maintaining their high functional quality.
