Click & Collect is an easy way to buy online and pick up your items from your local Factory Plus store.


Checkout with Click & Collect

  1. When you checkout, select the ‘Click & Collect’ tab in the Shipping Methods section.
  2. Choose your preferred Store to collect goods from. Please note: Not all stores will stock the product you choose, so please contact your local Factory Plus store prior to order.
  3. Select preferred ‘Date & Time’ from the list. Please note: This time is preferred only and cannot be guaranteed. The store will be in touch with you to confirm the time you can pick up.
  4. Click ‘Next’ to save your Click & Collect preferences.
  5. Proceed to ‘Place Order’ and pay for your goods to complete the order.
  6. You will now receive an Order #. Use this reference for any communications to store by phone or email, or for any bank deposits.
  7. Once we receive the order, your local store carrying the stock will be allocated the order, and they will proceed with selecting your products.
  8. The nominated store will then contact you during store opening hours, as soon as your order is ready for collection.


Order confirmation

After you've placed your order online, wait to hear from us about your collection.  We will attempt to call you, and if unanswered, will email you as soon as your items are ready to collect.  Please do not arrive to store before you receive a phone or email confirmation.  Please note: some orders may take 24 hours to confirm.  If you need your products urgently, it is best to contact your local Factory Plus store prior to making the order to ensure we can meet your preferred pickup time.


What to bring when collecting your order

  1. Proof of purchase:  Including a reference to your order number, or your order confirmation email.
  2. Valid physical photo ID:  Current driver's licence, Service NSW photo ID or passport.

Once you are at the store, please call us advising you have arrived.  Goods will be brought to the front foyer area for collection. 


Home Delivery is an easy way to buy online and have your items and delivered to your home.
We specialise in Sydney & Illawarra Metro deliveries, however we can also ship TVs, soundbars, microwaves, vacuums and other smaller items Australia wide.  Most brown goods products generally have their orginal carton or a plain carton which allows us to ship your item safely to your door Australia wide, however we have limitations on Fridges and Washers due to the carton being removed during the Quality Assurance stage.  Delivery of Whitegoods are restricted to Sydney & Illawarra metro areas. We may be able to deliver Brand New Fridges and Washers instead, subject to availablility and your location.

Delivery Timeframes
Generally delivery would take between 1-5 business days, depending on your suburb and the location of the item.

Rate Guide
General Local Delivery = $65, includes Fridges 520L and below, Washing Machines or Dishwashers, or TVs 60" and below, and other smaller items. Large Fridge Delivery = $80, includes Fridges 521L – 699L.  Fridges greater than 700L will be $95. These deliveries charges are applicable between 08:30am 4:30pm Monday to Saturday, within 15km radius of your Factory Plus store.  Additional charges may apply for areas outside the 15km radius, larger items, installations & removals, flights of stairs, fridge door removals, areas outside the 15km radius, and times outside these hours. Interstate charges are also applicable, and are quoted on request.
Fridge Delivery
Prior to placing an order, customers are responsibile to ensure the fridge ordered will fit in their kitchen cavity, pass through any access doors including internal doors, and any passageway. If the driver needs to remove fridge doors to pass through your home, a fee will be charged.  If the fridge is required to go up flights of stairs, additional charge of $30 per flight of stairs is applicable.  If these services are required, please contact us prior to delivery, as the contract drivers will need to schedule the time, have suitable tools, and may require 3 persons to complete delivery.  We do not remove house doors.  If any of these contrainsts are relevant at your home, please ensure this has been communicated to the sales staff prior to delivery, otherwise we reserve the right to postpone delivery day.  We do not ship fridges interstate or to regional NSW.
Interstate & Regional Shipping
We can ship TVs, laptops, monitors, soundbars, microwave, vacuums or smaller items to interstate and regional areas, however we cannot transport whitegoods outside the Sydney Metro.  Regional & Interstate Shipping would generally take between 4-7 business days. Please note interstate and regional shipping prices vary.  Sydney Metro prices do not cover the costs to ship interstate and regional areas.  For TVs, laptops or monitors shipped interstate or to regional areas, value based insurance to cover screen damage must be paid prior to shippingFor delivery quotes, please email [email protected] and advise the model or SKU & suburb and we will be in touch with an accurate quote.
